Our goal at Oakey Veterinary Hospital is to provide our clients with a modern and advanced equine hospital that services not only the performance athlete, but also provides care for the companion horse - the best friends we keep in our paddock.
Campdrafting, cutting, showjumping, dressage, polocrosse, endurance and show hacks all require high performing and hard working athletes that need to remain fit and sound for rigorous competition.
Our team of veterinarians at OVH have vast experience in areas such as mare and stallion reproduction, lameness evaluation, equine chiropractic, diagnosis of wind problems and respiratory disorders as well as basic stable routine work such as dentistry. While the team already covers a wide area, they are also willing to travel further within Australia – or in some cases, even abroad – on special request.
