Desexing Your Dog or Cat
This procedure is done under general anaesthetic and is a day surgery procedure.
We strongly advise the desexing of all pets not intended for breeding.
We recommend desexing at 5-6 months age.
Health benefits for all pets are maximised if desexing occurs before the first oestrus (season).
