We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week outside routine consulting hours, on public holidays and in emergency situations.
After-hours emergencies occur between 6.00pm and 8.00am on weeknights, after 12.00pm on Saturdays, and all day Sunday and public holidays.
If you have an emergency during our normal business hours (8.00am – 5.00pm) please come directly to the Hospital. Please try and ring us prior to your arrival on (07) 4692 0400.
If you have an emergency out of normal business hours, we ask that you call us immediately on (07) 4692 0400 to be put in contact with the duty veterinarian.
For your information, our after hour fee is higher than what our normal consultation fee is during office hours. Payment will be required at the end of the out of hour's consultation.
